Since Study Ratna stores everything locally on your device:

Limitation of Liability

Stopping App Usage

• You may stop using the App at any time
• Simply uninstall the app to remove all data
• No account deletion process needed (no accounts exist)
• No data remains on our servers (we don't have any)

App Access

Since Study Ratna works locally on your device:

• ✅ We cannot suspend your access (no account to suspend)
• ✅ No server-side restrictions possible
• ✅ No payment failures to worry about
• ✅ No inactivity timeouts
• ✅ Your access depends only on having the app installed

Uninstalling the App

• Uninstall removes the app and all local data
• No server-side data to delete (we don't store any)
• No subscriptions to cancel
• You can reinstall anytime and start fresh

Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, please contact us to resolve any disputes informally. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Governing Law
